Pre-Construction

Miller-Tippens Construction recognizes the importance of a smooth project construction process. Making this happen requires focused attention and good communication during the pre-construction phase of the work. We will develop an accurate budget to help identify any cost surprises early in the process before project mobilization.

MTC can create opportunities in the project schedule that can add efficiencies and pass along cost savings during the construction phase. We also will generate and utilize a current market analysis to provide options and recommendations for a more efficient project. Our established relationships with subcontractors in all markets across the state and neighboring states results in more competitive prices from vendors and lower construction costs.

The goal of the process will be to establish a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) during the pre-construction phase and allow proper vetting of systems and materials used for the project, resulting in higher quality and an on-time project delivery.
