Construction of a new 27,000 SF Police Facility. The method of construction is structural steel, and the building also features a safe room with the full electrical infrastructure protected via a standalone generator, which is housed in its own storm rated enclosure.  In addition, to the Standard access control and Security Camera’s expected at a police department, is the proprietary closed system utilized for the interview rooms. Among other unique architectural features is the rooftop landscaping. The accessible rooftop is fully lined with planters which, like the walking surface, are on a platform paving system that protects the TPO roofing membrane underneath.
