City of Duncan – Fire Department Headquarters

The City of Duncan Fire Department Headquarters is a new 12,328-square-foot, single-story fire station designed to support the department’s day-to-day operations and emergency response needs.

The facility will include four full-size apparatus bays plus a fifth smaller bay, along with dedicated living quarters, equipment room, and administrative office space. The layout is designed to bring the department’s essential operational and living spaces together in one functional facility.

With a project budget of just under $6.5 million, or approximately $525 per square foot, the new headquarters will provide the City of Duncan with a purpose-built facility to support its firefighters, equipment, and operations for years to come.
