Tulsa Honor Academy – Sheridan Campus
The Tulsa Honor Academy Sheridan Campus was a multi-phase adaptive reuse project that transformed the former PennWell building into a combined middle school and high school campus, totaling 121,500 square feet.
The project involved a complete interior gut and renovation, delivering a fully modernized educational facility within a 14-month construction schedule. The scope included installation of entirely new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including fire risers, high-efficiency rooftop units, expanded plumbing for additional restrooms, new electrical service and switchgear, and all new low-voltage infrastructure.
Additional improvements included a cafeteria and kitchen addition, new classroom spaces, administrative and common areas, as well as site enhancements including a soccer field and outdoor amenities.
The completed campus provides Tulsa Honor Academy with a high-performing, flexible learning environment tailored to support both academic and extracurricular growth.
