Diversion Wind – Operations & Maintenance Facility

The Diversion Wind Operations & Maintenance Facility is an 8,000-square-foot building with an adjacent 40,000-square-foot laydown yard, designed to support the long-term operation of a regional wind energy project.

Constructed with a wood-framed structure, standing seam metal roof, ZIP System sheathing, and James Hardie siding, the facility combines durability with efficiency. Interior spaces include eight private offices, a conference room, dedicated printer area, and a hardened shelter room. Both men’s and women’s locker rooms are equipped with showers, providing full amenities for on-site personnel.

The shop area includes conditioned storage, parts and equipment storage, and pallet racking, while the laydown yard features a detached oil containment building to support safe and compliant maintenance operations.
